Local Delivery

Enjoy 2 consecutive weeks of fresh meal deliveries, designed to help you build consistency, variety, and momentum in your eating habits. Deliveries take place on Thursday afternoons.

Our Meals Are

We focus on vibrant vegetable-forward meals made with high quality produce and proteins. These meals avoid potential inflammatory triggers like gluten, grains, dairy, legumes, soy, refined sugar, and industrial seed oils.

What does this program include?

Clients receive breakfasts, lunches, and dinners to last from Thursday dinner to Sunday dinner. This vegetable-forward meal plan includes the following types of proteins: wild fish and shrimp, organic chicken and turkey, grass-fed beef, and pastured eggs. AND, this special two-week program includes two bonus grain-free/ gluten-free snacks.

    Summer Italian Chicken

    Tender chicken cooked with garlic, tomatoes, and herbs in a bright, Mediterranean-style sauce.

    Pork Carnitas

    Slow-cooked pork shoulder seasoned with lime, herbs, and spices, then crisped in olive oil for tender, flavorful carnitas with a hint of citrus.
